In XML data Hebrew characters are appearing at the end with "" "

Hi,

   We are trying to generate delimited ETEXT output. MLS setup has not been enabled.

   In the system, Supplier Name and its address can be stored in English/Hebrew.

   Since the XML data has above said characters ("" "), we are getting blank output.

   When we print the output in log file, we found '&' in xml data when the value has HEBREW characters. Tried with INSSTR, SUBSTR and REGEXP to remove the character '&' but we couldn't.

   Please let us know how to resolve this issue.
