VCP and OPM Intregation

I am facing below collection issue , let me know if this is oracle standard functionlity .We are in R12 with VCP and OPM intregation -

Issue :Collection is not collection batches which have status as “Completed” but batch products are still not Yield (Actual Qty is null and Wip plan qty is not null).
