Delete journal batches with Error28

Users brought to our attention about 2 old journal batches with an Error28 error message respectively (to be exact "Error28 - Showing invalid balancing or management segment value for the ledger") that they would like to delete.

I noticed that the Delete function/button in the toolbar is grayed out.

Can anyone provide some guidance on how we can delete or remove these old and unwanted journal batches, if at all possible?
