Vacation Accruals, Available
We have multiple vacation plans due to unions and various state rules. Currently all vacation accruals roll into one Accrual. The rollover table is set up on the accumulation accrual. So, 8010, 8020, etc all roll into 8080. The rollover table on 8080 contains the pay codes that reduce the available. The company just changed the various plans have annual limits. So if an employee is only allowed 80 hours within a year (for example 40 rolled over from the previous year), the accrual will stop, as it should. However, when an employee takes time the accrual should begin again
