ARM - Balance Filter

This is for ARM 11.1.2.3.502 version.

The balance filter is not working as expected.  The intent is to see any reconciliation with BLANK on Either Source system balance or Subsystem balance (not both).

Created 3 filters for testing and non of them return correct result.

Filter 1 - Subsystem balance is equal to Blank

Filter 2 - Subsystem balance is equal to Blank AND subsystem currency is equal to Blank

Filter 3 - Subsystem balance is equal to Blank AND subsystem currency is NOT equal to USD or CAD (only these 2 currencies are in the system)  The result of the filter has USD show up.
