Is there a way to get rid of the pop up message?

We are using EBS verison 12.2.4

Every time when user login to the EBS instance, a java security pop up message will pop up and saying if we want to take the risk. Sometimes it will pop several times before the form actually opens. Is there a way to suppress these pop up messages. It is rather annoying sometimes. Gurus, please advise. Thank you very much.
