LPN inheritance

We have a below requirement 

All receipts into XYZ organization(OU1) are done using LPN and it is WMS enabled Organization.(reaming all organizations are non WMS enabled) .  Only in ABC organization(OU2) packing goods into LPN – using auto pack function. Each Delivery line gets packed into an LPN.

When XYZ receives a shipment from ABC, they have to generate new LPNs. Where XYZ will no longer need to generate new LPNs but instead should be able to
receive same LPN that ABC sent.    version 11.5.10

Could you please advise on this OR provide Solution if already have worked on such requirements.
