Issue with Backflush Form

Here is the scenario that i have:

1) I have an assembly with 2 components.

2) The supply type of both these components is 'Operation Pull'.

3) I perform a 'Move Transaction' from Queue of the first operation to 'To Move ' of the last operation.

4) I do not get to see the backflush form at all which shows components backflushed.

I need to see the backflush form after the Move Transaction. Can some one please tell me what can be the reason for the same.
