Direct Items created from Iprocurement are updated on Work Order but does not show up as required qu

We have been encountering the situation occasionally. We are creating requisition from iProcurement and we assign Work order number and Operating sequence at requisition level. This in turn creates a Direct item at the work order.

On some occasions after the requisition is created and approved, the direct item is appearing in OAF page.But the link between Direct item and Purchase requisition is not visible . I did a check in WIP_EAM_DIRECT_ITEMS table and these records are not visible there. But due to Unfulfilled demand appearing in the OAF page system is regenerating the requisitions for same items.
