New Created Employee not shown in Position Hierarchy report

Hi,

I have Create a Person and Assign Position to it (The Position is Already assigned to one more person) and then add this is hierarchy and  Complete the set up and run fill employee hierarchy report and then try to approve the Requisition it approves successfully but when i run the report Position hierarchy report it did not show new employee but old employee shown.
