unable to open maxl client after installing the essbase client patch 18148661

Hi All,

I have installed the essbase client patch 18148661. After that whenever i tried to open maxl client, commad window is closing. Also when i enter essmsh commad in command prompt, it shows 'Error initializing localization module'. I have checked the essbasepath and path environmental variables. They are correct.

Please let me know if you the solution for this issue.
