Reconciliation frequencies for reviewers

Hi there, just a query regarding frequencies.  Can a review level 2 frequency for a reconciliation be different to the preparer and review level 1 frequency?  For example, preparer and review level 1 will always be monthly, but could say the review level 2 be set as quarterly or weekly? Are there any limitations of what can be set here?

Also, on some reconciliations, could the review level 2 be switched off so that we could have some reconciliations which would normally require review level 2 where this was no longer necessary (for example, in later months)?
