TFA trace directory additions during install don't seem to be added to repository.

Hi, I'm currently running the following TFA:

tfactl> print status

After either a clusterwide or local install (I've tried both), I don't seem to be getting any of the trace/log directories

added to the repository.  When the install occurs, it looks like it knows where they are as seen below during the install:
