Philippines OAB implementation
I'm in the process of implementing OAB in the Philippines for my company and am running into some strange requirements that I'm wondering if anyone else has dealt with:
1. PHL has specific requirements for dependent hierarchy: Is there a way to configure OAB so that it will only allow dependents to be covered in a specific order unless proof of alternative coverage is provided? For example, if an EE is married with children, they have to cover their spouse before they can cover their children and then they have to cover their children starting with the oldest and working down to the youngest. This means an EE with a spouse and two children can't cover just the children without providing proof of alternative cover for the spouse or
