Check box control issue on Home Page in Siebel Open UI.

We are working on Siebel Open UI IP2014 and our Home Page has 3 list applets and calendar applet. If I look into the source code using F12 in IE, I see checkboxes on the list applet one for each record , but they are not visible on the UI.I can only see them with developer tools option. We verified in Siebel tools and dont have any checkbox controls or any hidden controls configured on those  applets. Where are these controls coming from? and how can we remove them ?These checkboxes are seen by JAWS when reading the page we would like them to be removed from the home page list applets.
