Does Oracle R11i or R12 support FATCA filing on 1099 MISC for FFIs?

Hello,

Based on IRS 2015 General Instructions on 1099 MISC,

http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i1099gi.pdf

FATCA filing requirements of certain Foreign Financial Institutions (FFIs) are as follow:

- FFI mus have a chapter 4 statuseld
- FFI must maintain an US account held by a specified US person

Is this supported in R11i or R12?
