Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Flexible Address Issue - R12

Upgraded from 11i to R12 and saw that flexible addresses for Japan and South America has additional rows.

Japan has 'Alternate Address' as required field and South America address has 'State Code'.

This happened due to R12 upgrade.

Any idea? Why?
