Add node to RAC on 11g

hello
I have a cluster with Oracle 11g, composed of 2 nodes, one of them physically damage the hard drive, change the drive and had to reinstall the operating system, my question is, as I add this server back to Oracle RAC, issue the command addnode and performs validation of the nodes and all right, but does not add the node.

The operating system is Windows 2008

Will the steps to perform this action
