Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. What are the grants needed in order to use an Oracle API trougth a DBLINK?

I need to use the EAM_PROCESS_WO_PUB API trougth a DB LINK, i have got to execute the api, but the api finishes with an error.

Is there some special permissions that are needed in order to use an Oracle EBS API trougthout a DB LINK?
