E812_TR8.98.4.3 jas server upgrade or using 2 jas server

Hi, I have been asked if their current AS server can able to have another jas server? 

If possible, can we configure to have these 2 jas server to take up their specific role respectively..Eg jasserver1 is to deal with PY environment whereas jasserver2 is to deal with PD environment users

According to user, their OAS console always hit the heap memory issue Eg, out of heap memory, Based on previous SR with Oracle, their heap memory is already been optimised but so far this, it does not help much...

By having 2nd jas server in place, would it able to resolve the heavy usage of memory in their jas server?
