PMT-RETURN ERR Error Return api (IBY_20305)--Funds are not yet captured in iPayments
We are on 11i. A user is getting the following exception on the Automatic Remittances Execution Report for a refund: 4 PMT-RETURN ERR Error Return api (IBY_20305). A search in MOS returned that "Credit Card refunds fail to process when the original receipt is in Remitted status in AR, however the funds are not yet captured in iPayments" and "Refunds process successfully if the receipt funds have been captured in iPayment." How do we correct this?
