Field Service Request, Debrief info not submitted successfully to Sales Order, charge line show 'In

Hi all,

Created field Service Request, assigned task, debrief completed, task closed, in charges tab click on 'Auto Generate', now all debrief line imported to Charges Tab but the charge line is 'In Progress' and type status is 'New', when I click on 'Submit' button to create Sales Order for this request, system prompt

"There are no charges eligible for submission to Oracle Order Management for this service request.".

I checked OE_HEADERS_Iface_all table, no record found, tried to run Order Import program, no record to be imported.

How do make the charge line become ‘Actual’ and status become ‘ Submitted’?
