How to control the position and size of a Pick Applet in IP2014 OUI

Hello,

I am working on an OUI App that will be used primarily on the iPhone.

When a user clicks on a glyph for a Pick Applet field, the Pick Applet shows up, but it shows up pretty far down from the field.

Is there a way to adjust the Pick Applet so that it automatically shows up higher in the form? Is there way to adjust the size of the applet?
