EBS 12.1.3 and Reporting of Performance Review and Normal Distribution/Bell Curve levelling

Hi,

I work on the OBIEE side and BI Analytics e.g. HR and I've bene asked about creating bell curves to support an annual levelling process. In the first place I would need to understand what EBS source application area would hold any informaiton that would support this.

Has anyone used Compenstation Work Bench (CWB) or other application modules to support performancce management and included OBIEE or any pointers at reference documents / sites where this has been done?
