Why 8.1.1.14 Client install creates Start Menu Item "Siebel Web Client 8.2"

After installing Siebel 8.1.1.14 dedicated Client I am finding that it is creating a Start Menu Folder called "Siebel Web Client 8.2"  when I would have expected "Siebel Web Client 8.1" or "Siebel Web Client 8.1.1.14" etc.

Is there any reason for that ?   My understanding is that in 8.1.1.15, 8.2.2.15  (8.1 and 8.2 code lines merged to be Siebel 15) ...which might explain it ....  but in 8.1.1.14 is this a bug ?  or is there any other logical explaination ?
