Hi,

I would like to ask on how to backup the / /var /usr /opt /export/home files system into the tape drive remotely using ufsdump in the same tape. The filesystems are in different slices. And how to restore it. I tried ufsdump 0uf oraprodmain:/dev/rmt/0 /   /usr /var /opt /export/home but only / was backup. See below output:

bash-3.2# df -h

Filesystem             size   used  avail capacity  Mounted on

/dev/dsk/c0d0s0         20G   1.5G    18G     8%    /

/devices                 0K     0K     0K     0%    /devices

ctfs                     0K     0K     0K     0%    /system/contract

proc                     0K     0K     0K     0%    /proc

mnttab                   0K     0K     0K     0%    /etc/mnttab

swap                    39G   1.6M    39G     1%    /etc/svc/volatile
