Can anyone assist in providing an Upgrade document/link for upgrading an Oracle eBS 11.2.0.3 Databas

I am in the process of planning for database upgrades from 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4 across numerous applications - eBS 11i, Forms 11g R2, SSO/OAM. I am looking for a document or a series of links that will point me in the right direction for the upgrade. I am unsure whether using the DBUA or a manual upgrade is the better plan.

I also have seen the following https://blogs.oracle.com/stevenChan/entry/11_2_0_4_database from Steven Chan and again if anyone can recommend as a preferred way of achieving the upgrade
