sub-contracting needs for material in Consignment branch remains

Hello

Following is my scenario, We are searching best possible std JDE set up

Item A is in consign Branch ( Branch Y- company-101)  which needs some treatment.

Treatment is provided by us, as Cosign branch is in our physical location. (Say Branch X - company 100) 

After treatment Item A is consumed and B is created.

This whole process is achieved by creating WO's in consign branch - which use our work centers.

What is std way to manage this type of sub-contracting + consignment.
