General Oracle VM maintenance

Hi,

Two quick basic queries, I have two Oracle VM servers that have been happily running away for the last year and I have had no need to perform any maintenance, 3.2.8

I now have a requirement to add an additional NFS repository, I have shared out a new repository from the existing NFS server to both servers.  Should both physical servers be listed as refresh servers or only one?  When I click Refresh File Server will there be any outage or is it a smooth non detrimental refresh and will just see the new NFS share?

I also need to add another vlan segment, if I modify the existing VLAN group and walk through the process and add the additional segment will there be a network outage at all for the VMs.
