high "wait for a undo record" waits after killing a huge session. System very slow now.

Exadata machine running Oracle 11.2.0.3.

After killing a large query, our system is very slow. We have 4.9 mil recovering undo blocks, which slowly went down to 3.5mil after more than 10 hours. Bounce the system did not help with the block numbers last night. Now we have over 1 mil blocks still remain.

How can we quickly reduce this blocks?

We were mostly updating one huge table with that killed query. Can we drop and recreate the table?

Any suggestion is very much appreciated. This is our production and it is not usable now.
