APP-JTF-210604 when navigating to tasks tab after updating SR

Hello,

We can recreate this issue at will by querying an SR, navigating to Workbench tab and updating Problem Code, saving and then navigating to Tasks tab.  I have attached the screenshot of error.  We followed the note 1614990.1 and our versions are correct.

What else could be the reason for this error?
