AP-IP Like items and Retail values been lost

Good morning,

    I would like to get something clarified on Oracle RPAS AP-IP solution. We have an issue where users are facing the below problem when they work in a WB.

   Issue description:

1. We are noticing that the like items that we assign on the set up tab in the assortment creation link are not holding. They appear to stay committed the day we are working in the tool, and sometimes a few days after,
   But yesterday I noticed that my like items are no longer appearing on the set up page when I create a new workbook. I see the % changes that I applied but no Product code.
