Consolidation for INR and GBP to USD

Hi Gurus,

We gave requirement that business is operating in 3 different places that are US,UK and India. Hence we suggested for 3 ledgers for those countries legal requirement. now how we can consolidate the INR and GBP to USD ?

Please suggest best practice for the requirement.
