Is there a way to bulk delete AME rules?

We are on R12.1.3. We are in the process of re-configuring AME rules completely.  Current 300+ rules are mostly hard-coded and a nightmare for the ongoing maintenance.   My question is, is there a way to bulk delete (or inactivate) the existing 300+ rules?  If we have to to do this manually, we'd have to do so three different times in DEV-TEST-PROD!  That sounds very labor intensive. Looking for a way to systematically remove the current rules.
