CVE-2012-3220 critical error

Hi,

I've applied the following patches in our Oracle databases but still getting CVE-2012-3220 critical error message after running a Security scan. Does anyone have any

experience with this as the patches should fix these errors? We have RDBMS 11.2.0.3 on windows 64.
