Unable to login to JDE webclient

  When logging into web client, below is the error we are getting on the browser page.

Sign In ErrorThe Security Server is down or cannot be reached. Please contact the System Administrator.

Below message has been found in jas logs:

[SEVERE][JAS]Exception occured in the JDESignon.loadUserProfileWithPass():Error occured  while loading the UserProfile for the User :JDE com.jdedwards.system.security.SecurityServerException:FAILURE: Security Kernel has returned zero packet
