GenNewDb or EIM job are not running in IP2015 after upgrade.

Hi,

We have recently upgrade IP2015 from 8.1.1.11 PS13 in new environment/HW. The upgrade went fine and we are able to access the application without any issue but if i schedule a job with EIM or GenNewDB the state is always in Queued state,

If execute the same job from command prompt, i am getting following error, can someone give light on this message...

SBL-ADM-60070: Error reported on server 'W0870-NEW' follows:

SBL-SVR-01014: Internal: Could not send the HELLO message: (null)

SBL-NET-01023: Peer disconnected
