Maintain Warranty and Service items

Hi,

There a requirement to sell laptops through oracle ebs order management module. For those laptops a one year or a three year warranty is eligible. What is the way of maintaining warranty for those items and selling the laptops with the warranty without using oracle ebs service contract manager module? Also we need to maintain service items for the services provided
