10g:Excel output didn't get displayed correctly

Hi
Could you please share me your advice on the following issue.
BIP10.1.3.4.1.
we designed a rtf template,when choose PDF and Excel to preview the report.
we got different result.Excel output doesn't displayed correctly.


Issue:
1.It doesn't align on center
2.(＋number eg: (47,446) shows as -47,446
3.when it is date or code,then in output file,0 should be added before date or code,but in excel output,no 0 before it.

for detail,please see compare PDF and Excel output.xlsx in attachment.
Note:when use desktop11.1.1.7 to preview it,and I can not find issue 2 and 3.


Is there any method to resolve it.
