Cascade End Customer Number Header To line

Hi,

We have a below requirement 

Cascade end customer number/end customer address change from header to lines. So whenever end customer details are updated on header, they should be cascaded to line level.

Today if  change bill to or ship to or shipping method etc. details on header, system asks  whether to you want to cascade changes to line level or not.But if we change end customer details, system doesn’t prompt any such message.
