How to do changes in RDMT.JAR

Hello All,

I need a help in understanding how i can change the java file in rdmt..jar and compile it.

Example : if i have Accesshospital.java , if i need to change the select query over there and do it what is the procedure.

NoTE: I am doing this for our custom purposes to reject the specific kind of messsges .
