WIP Resource Transactions collect to Project Accounting

Hi,

In material attached to webcast "Project Manufacturing Costing", it's written in Cost Collections page  :

"you can select if you want WIP Resource Transactions where the Resource is type of Person and that have an employee attached to be passed as "Straight Time" so that they can later be interfaced into Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) from Oracle Projects, all employee information is passed along with the transaction"

=> does it mean that wip resource transactions will feed OTL instead of being collected in PA, OTL eventually transferring costs to PA ?

user guide about Straight Time feature in PJm is not clear
