Contingent Worker Approved Time Sheet Can this be published in iSupplier Portal For Contractor Suppl

I am not sure this is the right forum for this question. If this is not the right forum please point me towards the right forum.

We are implementing Oracle Time and Labour , Project Accounting along with Core Financials, Purchasing, Inventory and iSupplier . With Projects and OTL we are using Contingent Worker functionality, whereby when  contingent worker enter time sheet using OTL self service responsibility, besides selecting Project, Task and Expenditure Type, they can select the Purchase Order Number and Line number.

Once the time sheet has been approved it automatically creates PO Receipts which then can be used by Finance to do 3 way Matching. We would like to know if there is any functionality whereby Contractor Approved Time sheet can be published in iSupplier, and  Contractor ( i.e. the Company that supplies the Contractors ) can pull the time sheet from the iSupplier Portal access that has been given to them.
