Launching Supply Chain Plan with Snapshots = 'No' on vcp 12.1.3.9.1

After a Memory Based Planner (MBP) crash, you can restart the plan without having to load the snapshots again. This is useful when testing a patch or restarting after adding memory or disk space. When the plan takes 2 hrs to load the snapshots, this can be a major time savings. We now get 'Error copying file /u02/app/applascp/inst/apps/XXX/logs/appl/conc/out/data4021/mbpoutput/MSLD_INVENTORY_LEVELS.dat to file /u02/app/applascp/inst/apps/XXX/logs/appl/conc/out/data4021/mbpinput/MSLD_INVENTORY_LEVELS.dat'  sometimes.This was working on 12.1.3.8 AIX. but new to VCP 12.1.3.9.1 on Linux (not sure it's platform dependent though) is this error.
