Evaluation in Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM)

There was an internal discussion in regards to evaluations in SLM that I thought the community might benefit from:

1. What’s the difference between Scoring and Evaluation in supplier evaluation?

Answer: SCM Development: Evaluation is comment or feedback provided by an internal member for a particular supplier. To quantify that comment/ feedback we can have them scored. Scores of all the comments will result in a final score and that will help the buying organization to take a decision on such a supplier.

2.  How to consolidate buyer evaluation by supplier? Using evaluation, there is one record for each buyer evaluation per each supplier. How to consolidate them just like sourcing module do. In Sourcing, there is a consolidated final score for each supplier.
