401K IRA CU Limitations

We are setting up a new IRA plan and are trying to consolidate our 401K DBA's. We currently have one DBA for 401K and another DBA for 401K catch up that is set manually in the EE instructions with the age limitations (CU > 50). Is there any way to capture 401K and 401K CU in one DBA if there are age limitations? Would it be possible to have that consolidated DBA share annual limits with a IRA/IRA CU DBA in a group?
