Move / Re-link / Relocate ASM Instance /Disks from one Instance to Another

Hi,

I have a scenario.I have One Standalone database server running on ASM, beneath ASM disks belongs to SAN.Now Infrastructure team want to upgrade this server's CPU and RAM.

Therefore downtime will be required but this is a very critical server and no down time will be beard.Can I move / represent asm disk from this server to another with equivalent specs

without any / minimum down time?

If Yes then please show me the path.
