Siebel 8.1: Convert Siebel Message to CSV file format

Hello,

I'm loading the external contacts using the EAI Siebel Adapter-Upset method in Siebel. I would need to return few field values from the same BC in .CSV format in the response file. Instead of writing the script with the file clibs, do we have any vanilla services that converts SiebelMessage to .CSV format. ?
