We are experiencing random IP blocks after connecting to JDE.
We have a random error that occurs with all internet browsers. A user will be logged onto JDE (application 9.0 update 2 with tools release 9.1.4.7) and will work for a period of time. After a period of inactivity, the session will hang. The user will try to log in and receives a browser message that the site is not available. We try to ping the JAS server from the user's PC and the server is not reachable. We change the IP of the PC and the user can connect. The block seems to come from the server and the
