OEM12c R5 patch recommendations

OEM is recommending me to install the following patches:

Patch 18524956: EM FMW PLUGIN BUNDLE PATCH 12.1.0.5.5 (AGENT SIDE - MONITORING)

Patch 18524960: EM FMW PLUGIN BUNDLE PATCH 12.1.0.5.5 (AGENT SIDE - DISCOVERY)

However, when I try to apply them, it fails. I tried applying them via a plan, as well as manually from the command line. Here's the result from the command line for one of the patches:

cd 18524960/

export ORACLE_HOME=/opt/oracle/agent/core/12.1.0.5.0

export PLUGIN_HOME=/opt/oracle/agent/plugins/oracle.sysman.emas.discovery.plugin_12.1.0.8.0

/opt/oracle/agent/core/12.1.0.5.0/OPatch/opatch lsinventory -oh $PLUGIN_HOME

Oracle Interim Patch Installer version 11.1.0.10.4
